> Kathy Wolf is an associate of the Deer Park Group providing Human Resources and Administration leadership services. Ms. Wolf has 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration in diverse global manufacturing and service companies. Kathy excels in building business focused teams aligned with organization goals. She is known for being a pro-active change agent that initiates innovative solutions to improve business processes, reduce costs, provide strategic focus and enhance communications

Prior to Deer Park Group, as Executive Vice President and corporate officer of Solo Cup Company, Kathy co-developed and co-led the strategies that accelerated growth and profitability while successfully acquiring significant competitors. She directed a budget of $35 million and staff of 233 and was a member of the Management team that grew revenue 60% to $2.5 billion over 4 years.

Kathy joined Solo Cup in 2001 and quickly assumed responsibility for strategic direction and organizational plans for Strategy Development, Legal, HR, Communications, IT and Facilities. In 2004, Kathy headed the Project Management Office for the integration of Solo Cup and Sweetheart Holdings, a $ 1.1 billion acquisition, generating $125 million in operating synergies.

Kathy also led the overall corporate strategic planning process that resulted in alignment of diverse business goals, achieving a “One Company” culture for the combined companies.

Prior to working at Solo Cup, Kathy was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration at Equity Residential Properties from 1997 to 2000. While there Kathy formulated and implemented creative HR processes for acquisitions and mergers that successfully integrated six companies. She also was instrumental in creating HR functions aligned with business strategies resulting in improved processes, efficiencies and reduced costs.

Prior to Equity Kathy was a Corporate Officer and SVP Human Resources at ACCO World Corporation, a Fortune Brands office products manufacturer and its legacy company Wilson Jones from 1978 to 1997 She was a key player in seven mergers and integration of all ACCO operating units.

Ms Wolf received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Norbert College in Wisconsin and also completed advanced HR programs at University of Michigan and UCLA.
