Patricia Dwyer is an associate of Deer Park Group, Inc, providing highly experienced executive leadership to solve complex business problems. Ms. Dwyer offers her expertise as a former CIO of a Global Fortune 500 corporation, a CEO for a software start-up company, a Partner and advisor to clients in nationally recognized Consulting and Advisory organizations. Pat has significant international management experience covering Europe, Central America and the Near East. Pat recently completed a multi-year project management engagement for a large global bank where she was responsible for the timely quality implementation of all IT infrastructure components for a proprietary application involving hundreds of software developers. This was a global strategic multi-year initiative for the bank.

Before joining Deer Park, Pat was Project Director with Technology Partners International, providing advisory services to Fortune 50 organizations. Her engagements included IT performance assessment, IT strategy and a full range of sourcing life cycle services. She also served as interim CIO transforming an IT organization, while providing oversight for a SAP implementation. Prior to TPI, Pat was a Partner with Tatum Partners, LLP, a national consulting organization, where she focused on organizational transformation. In the role of interim CIO, Pat provided leadership to multiple client organizations improving business alignment, internal processes, and governance while implementing major initiatives including a global SAP implementation, infrastructure design, and sourcing.

As CEO for SEAS LLC, a software startup organization, Pat was responsible for P&L, business planning, funding and operational management. Pat’s has 20 years of corporate experience with Fortune 500 organizations. She served as CIO For Great Lakes Chemical Corporation with responsibility for 60 locations across nine countries. Pat was Assistant Vice President, Information Services, Chiquita Brands International. Additionally, she has held management positions with General Motors, Quaker Oats and FMC Corporation.

Pat’s broad range of executive and technical experience has enabled her to develop expertise in many areas enabling her to identify and focus on individual client priorities. Key areas of expertise include Strategic IT Planning, Organizational Development, Project Management, Application Development, IT Operations and Sourcing Management. Clients also benefit from her negotiation, budget management, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Merger and Acquisition experience.

Pat holds a B.S. degree from Western Illinois University. She has been the recipient of a number of corporate awards including the "The Carl F. Linder Chairman's Award" for exceptional business contributions while at Chiquita Brands. She has served as a member of the Information Systems Executive Steering Committee of the Grocery Manufacturer's Association, the Customer Executive Council for IBM and the External Advisory Board for Education and Research at Purdue University. Pat is ITIL Certified .
